We seek high school students ready to build tangible, significant projects and pursue real-world impact. The process is simple but selective, designed to identify those with the drive to achieve at a high level.

Application Process

Here's how it works, step by step:

1. Submit Application

Complete the form here. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes. We ask for basic details, your motivations, and short responses about your interests. Focus on quality and authenticity. We are looking for clarity, not volume.

2. Review Period

Decisions are made within 5 to 10 business days. We review applications to find students who demonstrate the ambition and discipline required to build a high-impact project.

3. Interview

Accepted applicants join a 30 to 45-minute virtual interview with our team. We discuss your goals and determine whether Prodicity is the right environment to support them.

3. Onboarding

If selected, you will be placed in the program that best matches your timeline and goals. This could be Launch for a focused summer sprint, Fellowship for a continuous academic-year incubator, or Partnership for a multi-year operational framework. We handle the logistics so you can begin working immediately.

What We Look For

We prioritize students who want to build something real. Ideal candidates show a strong desire to solve problems and the readiness to commit to a rigorous process. While strong academics are the baseline for elite university admissions, we select students based on their drive to create a distinct, verifiable impact outside the classroom.

No prior project experience is required. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the effort. If you are simply looking to check a box on a resume, this environment is not for you. We are looking for students who are ready to execute.

Summer Accelerator (Jun - Aug)

An intense 10-week summer accelerator to achieve one major, significant outcome. Focus entirely on launching a startup, creating a non-profit, securing an internship or publishing research before the new school year.

Fellowship

Academic Year (Spring & Fall)

A 12-week semester program designed around the school-year academic calendar. We provide the structured guidance needed to finalize your resume before Early Decision deadlines or build the exact track record needed to win highly competitive summer research grants and top internships.

Partnership

Annual Concierge (Year-Round)

Our partnership for the top 1% who want a dedicated 1-on-1 24/7 support. Limited to exactly five families globally. Includes legal structuring, concierge support, funding acquisition, and complete strategic intervention.
