Prodicity
This 9-month fellowship supports participants in exploring interests, refining skills, and completing projects that align with their academic schedule.
The school year often overwhelms high school students with academic demands and external pressures, leaving little room for deeper skill development or pursuing personal goals. Fellowship integrates into this routine by offering a balanced structure to identify strengths, establish clear aims, and produce substantive work. It is suited for those who want sustained growth alongside their studies, creating a pathway to professional capabilities and informed decisions in higher education and careers. The program prioritizes consistent progress, equipping participants with tools for success in an evolving landscape.
The Fellowship extends over 9 months, with rolling admissions allowing participants to join at various points and follow a personalized timeline that fits their school calendar. The format is virtual, with 5-10 hours per week, including 2-3-hour cohort sessions, designed for flexibility amid academics.
Sessions include coaching, guest speakers, and community events. Digital resources and tools are accessible from day one, with progress tracked via individual milestones rather than fixed dates.
1. First 2-3 Months
Build clarity through initial assessments, field explorations, and introductory sessions to pinpoint strengths and interests.
2. Middle 3-4 Months
Refine skills with targeted workshops, goal alignment, and iterative feedback to advance core abilities.
3. Final 2-3 Months
Apply learnings to complete projects or internships, incorporating real-world elements like presentations or collaborations, with wrap-up reviews.
Fees go toward sustaining our mentors, cohorts, and tools, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality support throughout the school year.
Financial Support: We aim to make expertise accessible. If finances are an issue, apply anyway—submit a needs statement post-acceptance, and we'll review scholarships based on demonstrated circumstances. Our goal is impact, not exclusion.
Participants choose paths tailored to their goals, including lab-based research, professional internships, or initiatives such as startups or community projects. For example, a student could integrate a passion for technology with environmental concerns, developing a data analysis tool for sustainability efforts.
Outcomes encompass completed work like research reports, internship contributions, or project launches, which enhance portfolios for college admissions and future opportunities. This process promotes skill mastery and a clearer sense of direction.
Mentors include experienced individuals from backgrounds at Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, many of whom pursued entrepreneurial paths early in their careers. Personalized one-on-one sessions help participants address specific needs and iterate on their work.
Additional support consists of peer cohorts for ongoing collaboration, access to specialized resources like guides and platforms, and structured feedback mechanisms to maintain momentum.
Prodicity was created to give driven students the resources they need to make a big impact globally. Our students build a future worth getting excited about—for themselves and the world.
