This semester-based fellowship supports participants in exploring interests, refining skills, and completing projects that align with their academic schedule. (Spring & Fall)

Program Details

Most high school students aim to build tangible projects but lack the time and structure to execute them alongside academic coursework. The Fellowship is designed to address this gap. This program integrates directly with the academic schedule. It operates not as an additional class, but as a guided workspace. Students dedicate 5–7 hours per week to building a specific outcome—a startup, a research paper, secure an internship, or a non-profit initiative. The program provides the mentorship, roadmap, and deadlines required to ship the project before the semester concludes.

The Fellowship operates on a strict semester basis to align with school calendars. Each semester has its start date to ensure every student in the cohort progresses. The format is virtual, with 5-10 hours per week, including 2-3-hour cohort sessions, designed for flexibility amid academics.

How it's structured

We break the semester into three phases to guarantee completion.

1. First Month: Selection

No prior idea is required. Students select a track (Startup, Research, or Internship) based on personal strengths. The objective is to define the project scope and set a clear launch date.

2. Months 2-3: Execution

This is the building phase. Participants meet with mentors weekly to review progress. The focus is on execution—writing code, gathering data, or drafting the paper—rather than passive theory.

3. Month 4: Completion

The project is finalized for public release. Students publish research, launch products to users, or prepare professional portfolios. The semester concludes with a tangible result suitable for admissions reviews.

Tuition

Fees go toward sustaining our mentors, cohorts, and tools, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality support throughout the school year.

Cost: $485 USD per month + $1000 USD deposit (deposit applied to the final month)
Duration: 4 months for either Fall or Spring semesters

Financial Support: We aim to make expertise accessible. If finances are an issue, apply anyway—submit a needs statement post-acceptance, and we'll review scholarships based on demonstrated circumstances. Our goal is impact, not exclusion.

Paths & Outcomes

Participants focus on one of four specific outcomes.

Venture & Non-Profit: Launch a revenue-generating startup or an impact organization. The deliverable is a live entity with measurable user metrics.

Research: Conduct novel inquiry under the guidance of PhD mentors. The deliverable is a pre-print paper or poster ready for submission.

Internships: Secure a placement at a startup or research lab. The deliverable is a verified portfolio of professional work and a letter of recommendation.

Competition Prep: Rigorous preparation for prestigious awards. The deliverable is a finalized entry for Olympiads, ISEF, or Scholastic.

Mentorship & Support

Mentors include experienced individuals from backgrounds at Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, many of whom pursued entrepreneurial paths early in their careers. Personalized one-on-one sessions help participants address specific needs and iterate on their work.

Additional support consists of peer cohorts for ongoing collaboration, access to specialized resources like guides and platforms, and structured feedback mechanisms to maintain momentum.
