Prodicity
This 6-week intensive helps participants identify their strengths, set clear objectives, and complete meaningful projects during the summer break.
Many high school students use their summers for routine activities or superficial experiences that do not advance their skills or long-term goals. LAUNCH addresses this by providing a structured opportunity to develop core abilities, define ambitious aims, and produce tangible results. The program is designed for those seeking to make productive use of their time away from school, laying a foundation for future success in education and beyond. It emphasizes practical skill-building in a supportive environment, preparing participants for a world where focused expertise drives progress.
LAUNCH runs for 6 weeks, from July to August, primarily virtually to accommodate participants globally, with optional in-person meetups in select cities, if feasible. The format involves 10-40 hours per week, allowing flexibility for other summer commitments.
Sessions include mentor-led discussions, independent work, and group check-ins. All materials and tools are provided digitally.
1. Weeks 1-2
Introduce Clarity—assessments to gain insight into personal strengths, interests, and potential directions.
2. Weeks 3-4
Accelerator Phase—intensive goal-setting and planning to build momentum toward high-impact objectives.
3. Weeks 4-5
Complete—execution of projects with refinement, leading to a finished outcome shared with mentors and peers.
Program fees support our dedicated team and operations, ensuring every participant gets the focused guidance needed for real progress.
Financial Support: We aim to make expertise accessible. If finances are an issue, apply anyway—submit a needs statement post-acceptance, and we'll review scholarships based on demonstrated circumstances. Our goal is impact, not exclusion.
Participants select a path based on their interests, such as conducting research, securing an internship, or developing a project like a startup or nonprofit initiative. For example, a student might combine a personal interest in music with addressing health issues, resulting in a prototype program for therapeutic sessions.
Expected outcomes include a completed project—such as a research summary, internship report, or initiative plan—that demonstrates acquired skills and contributes value. These experiences build a portfolio that supports college applications and career development, while fostering a sense of accomplishment and direction.
Mentors are accomplished professionals, including founders from institutions such as Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, who started their ventures during their high school years. Each participant receives one-on-one guidance to navigate challenges and refine their work.
Support includes peer groups for collaboration, access to resources like project templates and online tools, and regular feedback sessions. This structure ensures steady progress and addresses any obstacles promptly.
Prodicity was created to give driven students the resources they need to make a big impact globally. Our students build a future worth getting excited about—for themselves and the world.
