Partnership offers a premium, concierge-level experience that handles much of the operational work—such as coordinating clubs, organizations, startups, or nonprofits—allowing participants to focus on core development and outcomes. It is designed for those in the top tier who seek year-round guidance to build advanced capabilities and achieve significant results. The program supports long-term growth, enabling informed paths in higher education and professional fields.

The Partnership is a year-long commitment with no fixed schedule, designed around each participant's needs and availability. Admissions are rolling, and the structure is fully personalized, with Prodicity adapting to school calendars, extracurriculars, and individual pace. Involvement typically ranges from 10+ hours per week, but varies based on project scope.

How it's structured

Support includes unlimited access to tools, introductions, and funding as needed. Progress is tracked through tailored milestones rather than set timelines.

1. Onboarding & Planning

Initial consultations to assess strengths, define objectives, and outline a bespoke plan, including resource allocation.

2. Execution & Scaling

Core development where Prodicity handles much of the groundwork—such as forming teams, securing partnerships, or managing operations—while the participant leads vision and key decisions.

3. Review & Expansion

Ongoing evaluations, adjustments, and opportunities to broaden impact, with quarterly check-ins or retreats for reflection.

Tuition

As our premium offering, these fees enable concierge-level services, including operational offloading and elite networks, to scale your initiatives effectively.

Paths & Outcomes

Paths are entirely customized, often involving scaling clubs, launching startups or nonprofits, or leading organizations. For instance, a student might expand a personal initiative in technology and social good into a funded venture, with Prodicity managing administrative tasks.

Outcomes include established entities or projects with measurable results, such as operational nonprofits or startup prototypes, which strengthen applications and provide lasting professional foundations. This leads to enhanced capabilities and a stronger sense of direction.

Mentorship & Support

Mentors are select professionals, including founders from Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley with early career successes. A dedicated advisory board offers ongoing, one-on-one counsel to guide strategic choices.

Support encompasses concierge services like unlimited mentor access, introductions to venture capital, labs, or media, quarterly retreats, and funding assistance. Prodicity takes on much of the operational load to enable focus on core contributions.

Access a dedicated advisor, ongoing mentor guidence, and targeted resources—including introductions to opportunities in labs, firms, or networks—to help advance your goals in ventures, research, or other initiatives with comprehensive support.
